Takeru Akagi, aka Burai, serves as the captain of KimenGumi, the “police” arm of the Tyger Claws. Burai wears a red mask and each of his lieutenants wears a unique mask of a different color, which has led some of the glibber residents of Kabuki to refer to the Kimen-Gumi leadership as the “Kabuki Rangers.” Each leader in the Kimen-Gumi controls a squad of Hanmen (Half-masks). Given his position as captain of the Kimen-Gumi, it should come as no surprise to know Burai is one of Shinobu the Second’s most trusted companions. Unlike the Tyger Claws leader, Burai is not a showy performer, but a steady and reliable combatant and commander. His parents were high-ranking members in the original Tyger’s Claw and some older members, unsatisfied with the lack of a payday after the gang took over the Nakagawa Foundation, pushed for him to take control of the gang. Thus far, Burai has ignored those calls and remained loyal to his boss. Burai is married, and he and his wife have two children. Because the couple is busy, childcare is often left to his retired parents. Unlike their son, Burai’s parents have not abandoned their loyalty to Arasaka and secretly infuse those ideas into their grandchildren. If Burai does not realize his parents’ treachery, the Claws will have a big problem in the future. I’ve noted them down for assassination, just in case

Dr. George Carver is the owner of the apartment complex and the one that has a direct line of contact with Rex. Living here and being closer to the “action” also allowed Dr. Carver to set up a second source of income for himself, an unlicensed surgery ward for illegal cyberware, colloquially referred to as a [[Ripperdoc]]. George isn’t a medical doctor, but he knows his way around machines, which lets him get by, as most of his patients are more machine than human. He spends most of the day sleeping, as every night he works in a high–stress environment and he needs to stay fresh. To drown out the ambient sounds of gunfire, Rico’s guitar, and Rico the cockatoo’s squawking, Dr. Carver lined his walls with sound–dampening foam, which has helped him get a lot more sleep. The foam also keeps the screaming of his patients to a minimum, which helps the rest of the apartment get more sleep. It’s a win–win.

Zeph never knew her real parents. The system raised her, or at least claimed it did. By the time she was old enough to understand the game, she had already learned that being shuffled from house to house was less about care and more about convenience. That was when she met [[Roxie]], a wide-eyed six-year-old dropped into the same foster system, drowning in the same bureaucratic neglect. Zeph was twelve, already hardened, already skeptical. She decided then and there that Roxie wouldn’t go through what she had. For a few years, that bond was all that mattered. But the system doesn’t care about bonds. By the time Zeph was fifteen, both sisters were back on the street. Dumpster dinners, cold pavement nights, and endless close calls with predators who circled the weak were all too frequent. Eventually, reputation reached the ears of a **fixer**, who saw more than a back-alley doctor who saw potential. Now Zeph works jobs in the underworld, her scalpel just as dangerous as any gun, her drugs as valuable as bullets. But beneath every gig, every patch-job, every deal, there’s a constant hum of rage. A promise unfulfilled.

Mikey, M, was born to a family of Corpos. At the age of 16, M made the decision to sell the family's confidential data, and so caused his family to turn on him and put a target on his back. Since then he has lived on the streets and among local Nomads, all whilst avoiding the threat of his family catching up with him. As soon as he turned 18 he started picking up local jobs from Fixers across the city in attempts to gain fame, recognition, and money

Sian Murray Born in Night City to two Scottish immigrants, but growing up without a father. Lost to the [[Arasaka]] Bombing, Sian's father, Andy, never got to see her truly grow and in his place, her mother [[Tammy]] took the reins and brought Sian up in a terrifying world by herself. Granting her freedom whilst being incredibly protective, Sian grew up to be quite like her mother, fun loving, a people enjoyer, always on the look for thrills, frequenting whatever clubs and events there are, crashes on the couches (or beds) of any man or woman she swoons that night, takes whatever drugs are offered to her for the thrill of the high. Living with her mother until she was 21, she kept herself as tame as she could despite wanting to experience scarier and more exotic thrills. After leaving to live on her own, she got in to creating brain dances of her various experiences, the drugs she'd take, the fights she'd get in to, the highs and lows of her nights out. Eventually even taking on requests for those who didn't want to experience something personally she'd take it on for them for a price, being stabbed, shot, a variety of drugs. Not much was beyond what she'd be happy to do. She's taken quite the liking to creating these brain dances, and is always looking for an excuse to do more, the more thrilling the better.
